The Business Garden Wrocław office building is erected in Wrocław within the Fabryczna district at ul. Legnickiej 48-50, the confluence of Dąbrówka and Jaworska. The usable area of this five-story building will be almost 64,000m², of which the largest part is occupied by offices - 110,000m². Budimex is the general contractor of the real estate, it is an investment of Vastint Polska, while the architectural design is made by APA Wojciechowski with its registered office in Warsaw. At a distance of 25 meters, there is a complex of Business Garden Wrocław Stage 1 buildings, 100 meters further there is a building complex of Business Garden Wrocław Stage 2 buildings, and 209 meters further there is an office building, Office Office Cu Office.
