Mixing architectural design, performance and sustainability seemed to be an impossible task. The new museum aan de Stroom (MAS), in Belgium, raises the problem of the seal fitting with terraces, because of its several hundred square meters of corrugated glass facades. Based on strong operational performance, it is naturally that ALSAN FLASHING was chosen to meet this technical challenge when traditional solutions could not be used. SOPREMA, the inventor of the liquid waterproofing technic, was able to contribute its expertise and technical support.
