Warsaw Spire is a Warsaw complex of office buildings within the Wola district at Europejski Square 1 on the Łucka and Towarowa Streets.Construction of the building began in spring 2011, and it ended in the first half of 2016. The total area of this multi-storey building is over 104,000m², and usable 60,000m², of which the largest part is occupied by offices - 96,000m². The building is an investment project of Ghelamco Poland, Ghelamco Poland and Pekabud are its general contractors, and the desgin office - Jaspers-Eyers Architects and PROJEKT Polsko-Belgijska Pracownia Architektury is responsible for the architectural design. Within 64 meters, the Genesis Restaurant building is being built, 85 meters further the Wronia 31 office building is being built, and Bellona office building is 93 meters further.
